"What makes the Project at Hoxton different to other student accommodation is that there's an absolute focus on the emotional well-being and the productivity of students"
Naomi Cleaver, TV Presenter and Interior Designer
In 2018, This Works approached DOCCO to produce a three-part branded documentary series highlighting the unique approach taken to create ‘The Project at Hoxton’, an ambitious student accommodation development for Generation Z students, with a simple yet ambitious aim – to find a better way to live for all.
In a collaborative effort, experts from the fields of psychology, neuroscience, sociology, architecture and education, were brought together to offer their specialism and perform extensive research to understand the wants and needs of Generation Z in order to create a ‘new form’ of student accommodation that would lift and enhance these student potential.
Featuring Naomi Cleaver, Interior Designer and TV presenter, as well as members of Soundscape Agency, experts in sound design, this second episode of the series explores how these creatives applied their respective expertise to the Project.
